Our mission is to connect the Filipino Bowling community by providing a social setting where members can participate in friendly competition, build lifelong comradeship, and enjoy the sport of bowling.

The Philippine Bowling Club (PBC) is a bowling league comprised of Filipino-Americans and their families. Under the leadership of Hector Tantoco, PBC was formed in Woodhaven Lanes in Queens, NY in 1978. Serving as the League’s first President, Hector envisioned the club as a way for family and friends to come together to have fun, share in friendly competition, and enjoy the game every Saturday. Originally consisting of 20 teams made up of a 10-man roster and growing to over 30 teams at its strongest, the club today still consists of its very loyal and supportive members. PBC has even begun to be one of two teams to represent the State of New York and one of three to represent the United States of America in the World Overseas Filipino Bowling Tour (WOFBT), successfully bringing home medals from their first appearance in Athens, Greece (Summer 2017), London, UK (Summer 2018), to their most recent appearance in Vienna, Austria (Summer 2019)
